AUR30420 - Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology

This qualification is an Australian Apprenticeship qualification and is for those who work in, or are looking for, a career in the agricultural mechanisation repair industry. You will develop your knowledge and skills in servicing, mechanical repairs, diagnostic techniques and electronic management systems. You will be given the opportunity to learn on some of the most up to date vehicles on the market, using the latest tools, equipment and computerised diagnostic machines.

 

In the workplace you will apply your knowledge and practical skills to safely repair and service engines, transmissions, drive-lines, steering, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as fuel injection, electrical circuits and engine management systems, raking, baling, seeding and harvesting equipment to name a few.

Successful completion of this course will gain you a Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology and enable you to continue your career in the industry completing vehicle safety and roadworthy inspections, carrying out repairs and advanced diagnostic tasks whilst you progress your career as a technician, supervisor or business owner.

Delivered using a block release blended training model you will have up to 48 months to complete the qualification. Already have previous experience? You may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or an accelerated pathway, contact us for an informal chat.
